Recently I have landed a big project and hit a big jackpot for a year contract. Let say I have monthly net income of RM5mil++, which better way, leverage it using banks or just go cash for prop?Thanks in advance.

Leverage on the bank loan because of low interest rates so that you can purchase more properties at reasonable (or even discounted) prices when the opportunity arises. Let your tenants contribute to your loan instalment payments. With a few properties in hand you can choose to sell some of it to realized the capital gains.
