Recently interested on one project, and booking a unit from an agent, as I from other state so Agent said he will help me to fill up and submit the booking form, and signature is not necessary for recent booking form. My question is,is that ok, if without my signature? This booking consider valid?

It is best to check with the developer of the new project whether the agent is an appointed agent before paying the booking fee.
