SHL has sold its build and sell property in Sg. Long and only recently, just 3 months after keys collection, the property has was given a rebate of 10% to new home buyers. Those who have purchased the property are not entitled to this new rebate on the basis that the previous buyers get to choose their desired unit.
Is this legal? Anything that previous home buyers can do to raise an issue or complaint? The house is newly built and the extra rebate is clearly unfair to those who have bought the property within a year or so.
