Someone recommend me to buy Verticas Residenci in Jalan Ceylon close to Bukit Bintang at 1495 sq.ft. at 1190 psf which will be completed by end of year. Is this price acceptable and can I buy it at lower price later? What could be the rental rate psf if fully funisthed at that area? Thanks.

Hi Gyan,
For a price of RM1,190 per sq ft you will have many choices to buy completed condominiums near KLCC area. Some of the condominiums may be older but at least they are tenanted with annual yields from 5% upwards. We are handling a few tenanted units of the similar sizes of 1,400+ sq ft with 3 rooms near KLCC.
