Hi Ada, yes location is good. A lot of greenery and walking distance to Suria KLCC and LRT station. It is not easy to rent out units as there is an oversupply. It also depends on the size, no. of bedrooms and rental rate. The more popular units are the 1 bedroom (not studio) or 2 bedrooms units.
