Residential & commercial properties pending the issuance of an individual or strata title deed can still be sold by way of a Sale & Purchase Agreement cum Assignment. The terms of payment and duration to complete the transaction is the same as those issued with an individual or strata title except that a letter of consent to sell the said property is required to be obtained from the developer. Your lawyer will be able to advise you further on this.
