The tenency for my tenant ends on 31 Jul 2024 for my father's Johor Bahru Jalan Sri Bahagia area.
I have issued him a letter to end the tenency in May 2024 as we intend to sell the house.
But tenant is acting difficult to handle as he said he likes the area and his children is studying in the area and refuse to move out and request to extent for 3 more years citing that he had spend a lot do their own renovation in the house.
How should we do it in a nice way. There is no way that we want to rent to anyone anymore.
I know they don't have any rights at all. Tenency ends and not renew means you can no longer stay there.
Of course last resort is legal proceed. Any company to recommend or Lawyer firm will handle it for us since we don't stay in Malaysia.
