We have a studio unit at Marc Residence; wld like to sell. please advise what is the current asking price. generally agents gave us very low pricing. just wondering if the property market is soft in kl?

The asking prices are generally above RM1,200 per sq ft depending on the size, furnishing, floor level and view. Most investors are being cautious and also the bank lending ratio are lower (70%) for 3rd outstanding loans onwards.
Other new projects are being sold in the market eg. Vogue Suites at KL Eco City and the prices averaged RM1,250 per sq ft but only 70% sold. The real demand for studio units in the city are not there and most locals buy such units at the suburbs which are cheaper.You will only achieve a sale if you get the right buyer.
