I had the opportunity to visit this project last year because I was doing an assignment there. I think it is definitely one of the better planned housing project in Rawang with easy access from NKVE. They will be more commercial activities within the housing project soon to catalyst demand. Although, the prices are unprecedented in Rawang prices will still gradually move up due to yearly inflation rate of 3% and above. In the mid to long term of every 5 to 10 years, house prices usually appreciate by 20% to 30%, if not more barring any adverse economic downturn. Read More
