Mr. Leong,
Study and pass the required 12 exam papers estimated within 2 or 3 years. Join a licensed agency to do practical training for 2 years as a probationary estate agent. During practical training you need to fill up a diary log book of assignments done. Submit a project marketing paper. Apply for an interview with the regulatory Board.
