I think this place has to be one of the luxury feelings condo than others apartments I’ve been there, the lounge is superb, shopping mall to do grocery and to find food, its not a thing to argue, cause we got plenty of good food.

After Sales Services
The after-sales service provided to the owner by R&F Princess Cove in Malaysia is very poor.
Due to water leakage in the house, the service department arranged repairs, but the engineering department gave up halfway through, unable to cooperate with the owner's follow-up work, and delayed repairs. Just to informing, due to lack of manpower, the following repairs will only be arranged when the manpower is available. (Note: The worker every time NOT punctually came for repairs)
Due to my working hours cannot be matched with the engineering department, the service department stated that they can help me monitor the house so that the engineering department can repair it, but they cannot make any promises for any loss and damage claimed.
Since R&F cannot make any promises loss and damage claim
