TAMAN PINGGIRAN SEJAHTERA

This project comprises 4 units of 2-storey semi-detached houses and 17 units of 2-storey terrace houses. The houses feature a reinforced concrete structure, red brick walls, tiled roofs, and skim-coated ceilings. Windows are glazed and fixed or adjustable. The main door is made of decorated wood while other doors are made of plywood or PVC. Flooring in the living room, bedrooms, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, and family area is of quality tiles. The kitchen, bathroom, and toilet walls are fully tiled. The kitchen is fitted with an aluminium sink and the house comes with a brick fence.
