JL99 Group unveiled its project, 99 Residence @ KL North. A leasehold serviced apartment project has an estimated gross development value (GDV) of RM809 million. The apartment takes up 7 acres of a 17-acre site owned by JL99 in KL North. 99 Residence is designed to cater for own-stay, JL99 included more than 48 types of luxury facilities and spacious common areas. JL99 also designed 99 Residence from the user’s perspective, with features such as direct access vehicle speed ramp to designated car park levels for residents’ convenience. The project’s common areas and facilities are more spacious than the standard requirements.
