Developed by Amalan Setar Sdn Bhd, Alamanda Parklands is a multi-phase mixed-development project comprising 6.7 acres of freehold, landed homes and shop lots in Rawang, Selangor. The development has nine phases in total, and began with its first launch of double-storey landed homes in February 2018.
