Faber Plaza is an old freehold commercial development located in Taman Desa, Kuala Lumpur, comprising of shop-offices within the a very old secluded neighbourhood not too far from the city centre. Faber Plaza neighbours affluent neighbourhood of Seputih and Old Klang Road. Faber Plaza is easily accessible via KL-Seremban Highway and Federal Highway, basically the only two routes that can be used to access this place. Public transportation is available in Faber Plaza but limited so it is best to get there by car or taxi. Essentially businesses here serve their sizeable residents in Taman Desa hence it offers quite a far bit of amenities which include schools, eateries, laundry, workshops, mini-mart and plenty of eateries. Schools within a 10km radius are SMK Taman Desa, Vikas International School, Q -dees Taman Desa and SK Taman Desa. There are several pharmacies here like Sunway Pharmacy, AA Pharmacy and Farmasi Maxheal while the Taman Desa Medical Centre is not too far away. For daily essential, there is the D’Market nearby as well as a pasar malam (night market) that takes place every Friday evening till late, which offers an affordable selection of street food and fresh produces. The nearest recreational area are their communal parks scattered all around the area. Aside from that, 15 minutes away is a bigger Taman Bukit Desa Recreational Park where more outdoor activities can be indulged in. as for food, there are quite a selection here, such as Dominos.
