Faber Plaza is an old freehold commercial development located in Taman Desa, Kuala Lumpur, comprising of shop-offices within the a very old secluded neighbourhood not too far from the city centre. Faber Plaza neighbours affluent neighbourhood of Seputih and Old Klang Road. Further away in another nearby neighbourhood Taman Danau Desa, there more food and services available for the takings. For shopping, residents can head to nearby Pearl Point in Old Klang Road, Mid Valley Megamall, KL Eco-city, and Bangsar Village all of which are less than 20 minutes’ drive away. The only facilities available in Faber Plaza is car park, though very limited, mostly taken up by the occupants and employees. There were a total of 6 transactions that took place between December 2018 to July 2019 for Faber Plaza with selling price from RM 450,000 for a office unit while the shop lot is transaction at RM 1,800,000 meaning to say despite the place being dated, it is still in demand for business.
