In Penang Island, Bukit Gambier is a lately established neighborhood and Ideal Regency (also known as I- Regency) is a freehold high rise condominium which snuggled in Jalan Bukit Gambier, Gelugor, Penang. it was developed by Cygal Properties Sdn.
