The Lekas 18 development project is a factory development project that is located in Semenyih along Jalan Bangi Lama & Jalan 1 ½, Selangor and the tenure that is offered by Lekas 18 to its tenants is freehold. SYF Resources Berhad was founded in 1995 and was principally involved in rubberwood furniture manufacturing and materials processing.
