Menara HLA is a freehold office development. The development is located at Jalan Kia Peng in KL City, Kuala Lumpur. The project was completed in 1997 with units available for sale or rent in a 32 storey building. It is a high rise office development that is located in a well established location. The office development has a number of facilities to offer its tenants. There are basement car parks readily available so tenants and visitors would not have to waste precious time in looking for parking.
