Meta City is a leasehold service residence within a mixed development located on Jalan Atmosphere Utama 2, Seri Kembangan, Selangor. The developer, Villamas is an award winning company that has developed many impressive, high quality developments that has brought them and their investors lucrative returns. The units measure 757 sqft to 1,230 sqft, with three layouts — 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms and 2+1 bathrooms, and 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The 1,230 sqft units in Tower B will be dual-key, perfect for multi-generation families living together. The units in Tower B are bigger and is more family-oriented. Each unit is partially furnished with air conditioners, water heaters and shower screens with doors. Meta City has 4,500 parking bays, 2,000 of which will be for the public and 2,500 for the residents of Meta City. Each unit will be allocated one to two parking bays, depending on the unit size. Meta City is proposed to be completed in 2023. The units in Tower A have launch prices from RM280,000 to RM300,000 and units in Tower B starts selling from RM480,000. The maintenance fee is about RM0.30 psf. The booking fee is about RM 2,000 and early bird purchasers will enjoy some freebies.
