Updated: 15th April 2021 Pangsapuri Seroja is a low cost, low-rise, walk-up apartment located at Taman Alam Jaya, Bandar Puncak Alam, Selangor. This establishment is a leasehold property with a strata title issued. Pangsapuri Seroja is a highly affordable property located at a decent location in Puncak Alam. The property has close proximity to many facilities and amenities, which include education, malls, market, eateries and recreational facilities. The property is also well-connected to other areas of Klang Valley through several highways. On top of that, there are a few industrial areas nearby, which offer job opportunities to the residents of Pangsapuri Seroja. Pangsapuri Seroja is connected to a few highways, which include KL-Kuala Selangor Expressway (LATAR), New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE), North-South Highway (PLUS), Guthrie Corridor Expressway (GCE).
