Plaza Pantai is a freehold commercial complex located in Jalan Pantai Baru, Kuala Lumpur, along the busy Federal Highway. Plaza Pantai is next to Menara TM on the left while on the right there is KL Ecocity and Mid Valley Mega Mall, across the road is the iconic Angkasapuri – the National Broadcast Centre. It was completed in 1997 by the now liquidated Atlas Corporation. Plaza Pantai can be reached from Jalan Pantai Baru, Jalan Bangsar. Public transportation is easily available as Plaza Pantai is one of the few buildings in the country that has a LRT station – Kerinchi LRT within the building making it really convenient. Other than that, buses and taxis are a plenty. Being the in middle of a thriving commercial area, there are no doubt of plenty of amenities such as schools, retail, eateries, banking facilities and many more surrounding Plaza Pantai. Nearby schools include Sri Damesh International School which is within short walking distance, Sekolah Kebangsaan Bangsar, SMK Seri Pantai and Universiti of Malaya. The nearest hospital within vicinity would be the popular Pantai Hospital Bangsar which is a stone throw away while the semi-government University of Malaya Medical Centre (PPUM) is a short drive away. There are also plenty of clinics nearby for non-emergency cases. There are also plenty of supermarkets nearby such as Village Grocer in , Aeon Supermarket, AEON BIG and Bangsar Market nearby whilst for retail therapy Mid Valley Mega mall is just next door so is the new KL Ecocity. Bangsar Village and KL Gateway are also within short distances. Being right smack in a busy area, there are plenty of eateries around especially in Mid Valley that suit every palate from fast food such as McDonald’s, Texas Chicken and KFC to western like Chilli’s and even non-Halal Nasi Lemak Pork Rendang. There are even more options in Bangsar itself such as Nirwana for banana leaf fix or Botanica + Co in Bangsar South just down the road and the list goes on. Plaza Pantai comprises 6 office towers which range from 17 to 30 storeys offering a total floor space of 500,000 square feet. A variety of layout is also available from few hundred sq ft to 5,000 sft. In additional it comes with 6 floors of retail space on a common podium, offering 160,000 sft of space. There are 3 parking levels which offers about 900 parking spaces. Other facilities available include eateries, 24 hours security, salon, business centre and mini-mart. There is no clear launching details about Plaza Pantai but the nearby residences include 1 Razak Mansion, 10 Stonor, 183 Ampang, 188 Suites (Fraser Residence), 1A Stonor and 2 Hampshire.
