Puteri 5 is a freehold commercial office and retail shop lots in a business enclave. It is located at Jalan Puteri in the vibrant and matured township of Puchong. Selangor. Each block of Puteri 5 is 3 storeys high, however there are no lifts serving the higher floors thus will need to walk up the stairs. There are open air carpark bays in Puteri 5 are outside the shops. Other main highways include the KESAS Highway, Puchong-Bukit Jalil Highway, and the NKVE which can take one to KLIA. Public transport to the area include buses, taxis and also trains. The nearest MRT Station is Bandar Puteri Station which is within walking distance from the shops. Nearby parks for relaxation and recreation include the Bandar Puteri 12 Park, Dataran Taman Tasik Puchong Perdana Park, and Taman Wawasan Recreational Park. Besides open green fields, these parks have residential areas and lakes. Many activities and family friendly facilities in Puteri 5 that are available in these parks such as fishing, jogging tracks, outdoor exercise equipment, cycling lanes just to name a few. Being a family themed township, Puchong has many amenities to cater to the needs of many aspects of daily life. For those in Puteri 5 who prefer the comfort of indoor relaxation and entertainment, there are shopping malls to shop, dine and be entertained. The popular one is the IOI Mall in Puchong Jaya. It has the added benefit of having the LRT Station right at its doorstep. In IOI Mall, it has the popular AEON departmental store as well as the supermarket for groceries shopping. This is a family friendly mall where one can find reasonably priced items and even some bargains. The other mall is Setia Walk Mall at Bandar Puteri which is more up market. For entertainment, one can watch a movie either at the Gsc Cinemas in Ioi Mall, or Tgv Movies in Setia Walk Mall. Besides shopping malls, there are many retail and commercial outlets that provide great choices of food, shopping, cafes, groceries, furniture outlets, and others. Puchong is a food paradise. Although the main food available are Chinese, there are also many choices of Malay, Indian, Thai, Western, Korean, Japanese, and Fusion cuisine. Hypermarkets include Tesco and Giant Hypermarket, Jaya Grocer, Hero Supermarket and Aeon Mall. Not forgetting the many commercial hubs which house many businesses, offices, and banks. Many of Malaysia’s main banks such as Maybank, RHB, Public Bank, HSBC and Citibank are found there. Hospitals for medical attention are Columbia Asia Hospital Puchong and Pusat Rawatan Islam. For education, the nearest international school is Regent International School. Other options which are a little further away include Fairview International School, Oakridge International School, and Kingsley International School, just to name a few. Puteri 5’s strategic location and continued development, properties in Puchong have excellent potential for good capital appreciation.
