Semenyih Sentral is a leasehold commercial hub located in Semenyih, Selangor and neighbours several residential area like Kampung Baru Semenyih, Kampung Sungai Sireh, Taman Desa Kenanga and Taman Permai. The project is a joint venture between Kreatif Rakyat and Yayasan Selangor. The town of Semenyih is easily reached in less than an hour from KL city centre, via the following highways Sistem Lingkaran-Lebuhraya Kajang (SILK), Lebuhraya Kuala Lumpur-Seremban and Lebuhraya Cheras-Kajang. Public transport such as buses and taxis are easily available here as it is located next to the main bus terminal. There are a host of amenities surrounding Semenyih Sentral such as SJKC Sin Ming Semenyih, SJKC Kampung Baru Semenyih, Sekolah Kebangsaan Bandar Rinching, Sekolah Kebangsaan Semenyih within close proximity whilst institution of higher learning such as Nottingham University Malaysia is also not too far away. There is a wide selection of eateries there like KFC, Restoran Tai Hong Tou, Mamak Bistro, Leng Leng Pork Noodles, Razak Capati and many more. As a commercial hub, it is not short of banks for the convenience of those who set up shop or offices there such as AmBank, Public Bank, Maybank and Hong Leong Bank, all within close proximity. For groceries and daily essential, there are plenty of convenience stores and mini-mart around the surrounding such as 99-speedmart, One Mini Market, Pasaraya Rakan Semenyih, Pasar Mini Sri Rama and the bigger brands such as The Store which as mentioned above is the anchor tenant at Plaza Semenyih Sentral while Mydin Semenyih and Tesco Semenyih not too far away. In addition to that, the wet market is a stone’s throw away. There are also plenty of medical clinics dotting Semenyih Sentral such as Poliklinik An-nisa, Poliklinik Fatimah, Klinik Pergigian Zakwan and many more all within short distance while for more serious medical cases the nearest hospital is Hospital Kajang about 11 minutes away. Semenyih Sentral offers comprises 3 storey shop-offices with sizes ranging from 4,500sf to 9,960sf with land area of approximately 22’x75’. There is a total of 14 blocks of shop-offices on offer. Within Semenyih Sentral is also a shopping mall known as Plaza Semenyih Sentral to which The Store is the anchor tenant while KFC also occupies a unit there. Facilities available within Semenyih Sentral are ample parking spaces as it is a commercial hub. At the time of writing, there is no launch details. Units at Semenyih Sentral are selling between RM 1,033,200 to RM 3,100,000 on the secondary market while rental can fetch between RM 800 to RM 2,300 depending on size of the unit. This could be due to the fact that Semenyih Sentral is commercial area is in the heart of Semenyih town and of late, there are many new residential developments sprouting out in and around the town hence an increased in population and growth so more businesses or services are needed to cater to the increasing millennial crowd.
