Seri Utama is a freehold mixed residential development in Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya, Selangor. The properties sit on a 12-acre plot in Section 5, Kota Damansara. The developer of this project is See Hoy Chan, a reputable developer in Malaysia who is also the developer of Bandar Utama and award-winning One Utama shopping mall, a thriving township neighboring Kota Damansara. The development was completed in 2007. There is a total of 715 mixture of terrace and bungalow houses within Seri Utama. Seri Utama is surrounded by plenty of amenities and conveniences. Additionally, it is easily accessible as there is a Section 5 links directly to the major highways and roads leading to nearby townships and other states. There are many schools and shopping malls as well as affluent neighborhoods surrounding Seri Utama as the area is seen as a matured area. As such, residents at Seri Utama do not have to travel far for their daily needs.
