The Serissa Terrace development project is a terraced house development project that is located in the district of Shah Alam in the state of Selangor. The development project is located along Jalan Elektron U16/65, 40150, Selangor and the tenure that is offered by the development project to its tenants is freehold. The Serissa Terrace was completed in the year of 2014 and the developer for this project is none other than Sime Darby Property Berhad. Sime Darby Proeprty Berhad has a 46-year track record of developing residential, commercial and industrial properties. The Serissa Terrace development project was designed to cater to the middle and upper class families that prefer to live in landed properties more than high rise properties like condominiums and apartments. Moreover, the Serissa Terrace is also suitable for growing families to live in because there are a lot of educational amenities located close to the development.
