SiLC, also known as the Southern Industrial Logistic Clusters, is a freehold industrial park located along Jalan Kemajuan SiLC in Iskandar Puteri, Johor. The project comprises a multi-phase 1,300-acre industrial development created to serve a wide range of industries from global companies and businesses. SiLC was completed in 2016 by UEM Sunrise Berhad, and is currently launching its third phase of development, with both previous phases fully sold out. The units are commonly 2 to 2.5 storey factories, with individually gated compounds. A variety of amenities and services can be found in close proximity to the SiLC. Nearby schools include SK Taman Nusa Perinti, Sekolah Agama Nusa Perintis, and SummerField School. Restaurants and local eateries can be found scattered throughout the neighbourhood, including House of Sambaar, Restoran D’Temasek, and Bai Xiang Restaurant. Other amenities including supermarkets, clinics, pharmacies and cash points are all available within close reach. SiLC is strategically located just off the Malaysia - Singapore Second Link Expressway.
