Taipan Business Centre is a freehold commercial area in the heart of USJ 10, in the established township of USJ. Taipan Business Centre was developed by Sime UEP Properties Berhap and completed in 1990. Taipan Business Centre can be reached via Federal Highway, Kesas cutting through Jalan Kemajuan (USJ 1), NPE via Bandar Sunway, Damansara Link/SPRINT, NKVE as well as from neighbouring townships of Subang Jaya, Glenmarie, Shah Alam and Puchong whilst public transportation is easily available too as the matured township is served by many buses and taxis. Schools nearby include Sekolah Kebangsaan Seafield, Sekolah Kebangsaan USJ 8, Fairview International School, Kingsley International School, GEMS International School and institute of higher learning such as SEGI College, further down in Sunway there is Monash University Malaysia, Taylors University Lakeside, Inti College Subang Jaya, Taylor’s College, and Sunway University. For recreation the MPSJ Mini Stadium is right across the road from Taipan where residents can converge for outdoor activities aside from the many pockets of community parks within their residential enclave.
