Taman Indah Perdana is a leasehold housing development located at Kepong within the federal territory of Kuala Lumpur. The neighbourhood of Taman Indah Perdana is typical of the older housing developments in Kepong, with most of the houses showing their age. Both local banking facilities and national schools for all ages are widely available in the area, while the closest medical healthcare facility is the Sungai Buloh Hospital that is only 15 minutes away. The only amenities nearby this landed housing estate (with some low-cost flats) are some schools. Few of the schools here are SJK (C) Kepong 1, SJK (C) Kepong 2 and SMK Kepong. It is located approximately 20 minutes away from the city centre, while the city of Petaling Jaya is only 20 minutes away. Both Mont Kiara and Bangsar are equally as near, while the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) is approximately an hour away.Residents of Taman Indah Perdana enjoy excellent connectivity around town and to the city, as they have direct access to the main trunk road of Jalan Kepong which has direct access to the Selayang - Kepong Highway.
