The Icon

The Icon is a freehold office development. The development is located at Jalan Tun Razak in KL City, Kuala Lumpur. The building is a medium rise office development that is well located closer to Kuala Lumpur’s city centre. The project was developed by Mah Sing Group Berhad, a very large scale property developer that has developed 82 other property projects in Malaysia. The office development has a number of facilities to offer its tenants. There are covered car parks that will be able to ease the search for parking space and save time while doing so. The building also comes equipped with 24 hours security system that ensures the safety of those going in and out as well as working in the building is well taken care of. The Icon is a little further from Kuala Lumpur city centre but tenants can get there in 30 to 35 minutes via Jalan Raja Chulan. There are a number of public transports that can be utilized to get to The Icon such as Bank Negara KTM station, Ampang LRT Station and Bukit Nanas Monorail Station. The closest bus stops are located at Cycle & Carriage, Tabung Haji and Menara PNB. There are several other amenities in the surrounding area as well such as schools, supermarkets, restaurants and many more. The closest schools are Tadika Lai Meng, Masjid Universiti Teknologi Malaysia and SK Jalan Raja Muda.
