A Tower @ Austin Regency is a project that comprises 4 blocks of towers. Block B and Block C were launched first, amidst overwhelming response. Block A was then launched, with a height of 25 storeys. The entire development will have a total of 1200 units.
Buyers of Block A will have six different layouts to choose from, with Type A1 being the smallest at 490 sq ft with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The launch price for Type A1 starts from RM307,250. The next unit of larger size is Type B, which also houses 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, but has a larger built-up of 660 sq ft. The price for this unit is slightly higher with a starting price of RM414,500.
Type B1 is also sized at 660 sq ft, but has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom instead. Its launch price is, however, the same as Type B with a starting price of RM414,500.
