This prestigious project by UM Land is a favourite topic among the locals. The 6 block development will house a total of 505 units. The fact that the 505 units are spread of over 6 blocks makes it a low-density development.

The 6 blocks are divided into low, medium and high rise with the highest standing at 23 storeys. The tallest block will mainly house the semi-D design concept, for those wanting bigger space. All in all, there are 7 types of designs to choose from ranging from 854 to 1,224 sq ft.

Bandar Seri Putra is an integrated township developed by Bangi Heights Development Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of UM Land since 1997. The township is a part of Hulu Langat belonging to Kajang, Selangor and bears the postcode 43000.

Due to its strategic location, the township is surrounded by other famous townships such as Bukit Mahkota, Bandar Baru Bangi and Bandar Baru Nilai. It is also located fairly nearby to KLIA and KLIA2, at approximately less than 20km only.

The 898-acre township was initially palm oil plantation site before it was developed into the township it is today. From the KL-Seremban highway E2, the township is accessible via Exit 213 the Putra Mahkota Interchange. Another route connecting to the township is the Semenyih-Banting Highway.

In recent years, the township has gained popularity among urban professionals working in Kuala Lumpur due to its lower cost of living and rental rates. Many would rather settle down here and travel to work about 30-45 minutes a day than paying more for the skyrocketing costs of living in Kuala Lumpur.
