Living in Damansara Seresta has many pros especially its unique location in the midst of a forest while still being conveniently close to many highways. Its affordable entry price is also another plus point, especially with its low price per sq ft of only about RM640.
Cons
There are however concerns about cracks in the foundation early on in the development, which was later on dismissed by a sales agent who explained that it was a result of a stretched foundation under the hot sun. Other concerns include fear of the slope’s angle.
