Summary
Comparing with See Hoy Chan’s Potpourri development which is one of the hottest topics in the property market now, freehold tenure seems to be still the more favourable option to go for. If you look at maintenance, Ara Greens is still cheaper than Potpourri by 3 cents. But the major deciding factor for me would be the cheaper price per square feet relative to the bigger space offered by Ara Greens at a maximum of 3143 sq ft. The Dual Key concept by Ara Greens also provides dwellers to stay under one roof with family but separately with some privacy. Potpourri on the other hand provides more layout designs as compared to Ara Greens.
