The information entered will be stored and transmitted to a database in the central medical hub which will be built inside the development; the upcoming Ara Greens Villages project comprising a medical centre, shopping, dining, leisure as well as a Japanese style nursing facility, the fruit of a joint venture between HSC Healthcare and Japanese Medical Care Service.

The MediHome system provides a tracking system to benefit senior citizens which needs medical care on a day-to-day basis. Apart from monitoring blood pressure and blood sugar, the machine also caters for ECG and Oximetry measurement. MediHome is a proprietary system from MobileHealth2U which is currently made exclusively to Aragreens Residences. With a simple login ID and password, health data can be easily retrieved by doctors and family members. Members can view, store & analyze their Personal Health Records (PHR) via MobileHealth2U.com and Mobile Apps anytime, anywhere.

For busy working adults, this provides them with an ease of mind knowing how their parents are doing at home. With a current and constant tracking of their health, one can be assured that on-time treatment is available to prevent mishaps, particularly for senior citizens.

Multi Generation Homes

We often encounter developments which targets a certain group of age group but seldom one which puts its emphasis on all. The building of Ara Greens Residences has such focus put in place. Innovative Green Design

Ara Green Residences is proud to announce that its building is in compliance with the Green Mark Singapore and Green Building Index (GBI) Malaysia standards. The building of a greenhouse focuses on 4 areas; energy efficiency, water efficiency, environmental protection and indoor environmental qualities.

Ara Greens in built in such a way that it generates energy efficiency to its dwellers. The building uses solar panels to redirect heat back to the open air, reducing the amount of heat trapped in the house. Its ventilation system is designed in such a way that the warmer indoor air rises up through the building and escapes at the top either through open windows, ventilation openings, or other forms of leakage. The rising warm air reduces the pressure in the base of the building, drawing cold air in through either open doors or windows.

In terms of water efficiency, the building uses a rainwater harvesting system which accumulates and stores rainwater for usage before it reaches the aquifer. The system will provide water for irrigation and other usages such as toilet flushing, watering plants and washing cars. These will reduce water usage and bills to be paid.

Ara Greens emphasizes on environmental protection by providing compost Green mark manger provisioning recycling bins in the premise. It also promises an eco-pond, which houses aqua life. This eco pond is designed to be self-sustaining, thus providing a balanced eco-system to the environment.

A point worth noting about Ara Greens is the strategic positioning of sun-shading fins designed to to block sunlight yet allowing views out from apartment. It creates interior comfort and view by having sunlight but not too much of it.

Another distinctive feature of Ara Greens is that each residential tower is strategically oriented on site to allow for distant views out and views back into the internal garden plaza simultaneously, which is why the building looks a bit odd as in not square.

WOW Architects from Singapore is the brain child of the whole project, adding a touch of luxury and detail to Ara Greens Residences. The main entrance water feature is beautifully clad in timeless Italian mosaic by Bizaza, supplied by Ceratrade. The design and use of high quality materials throughout the house makes Ara Greens stand out from other developments in the market.
