Par 3 is an upcoming exclusive mixed residential project that is located next to the Puteri Palma Condominiums. Unlike the latter, it is a very low density development that consists of just a single block of 32 storeys residential tower with 207 units of condominiums. Interestingly, the project will also feature a limited number of majestic town villa units with a beautiful golf vista within its compound- 18 units of them to be exact.
