These are all gyms operating under differing concepts and capacity.

Other facilities include a half basketball court, Jacuzzi, reflexology path, outdoor and indoor exercise area, forest amphitheatre, Yoga area, salon, nursery, linear park, and Hybrid car charger, just to name a few. With an uncommon suite of facilities, the maintenance fee seems justifiable.

At this point in writing, there are three existing access points leading into Country Heights Damansara. The first access road is after you make your payment at the Penchala toll plaza from Kepong heading towards Bandar Utama. The second entryway is from Kampung Sungai Penchala. The third access is from Damansara Perdana.

What you need to do is merge into the inner most left lane. After doing this, you should be able to see a non-imposing sign that reads: Country Heights. Unlike the mixed-integrated development of Empire City (located 5 minutes away), this means that Hampton Damansara will be a standalone high-rise property in its vicinity with direct highway access to LDP.

Accessibility is not exactly Hampton Damansara’s strongest point, despite its strategic location. Assuming you are going home to Hampton Damansara, the closest access road is after you make a payment at the Penchala Toll Plaza.

The only drawback to this depends on which direction you are coming from. For those approaching the Penchala toll plaza from Kepong, do pay at the toll booth at the furthest left lane of the toll.

In terms of leisure, a handful of golf clubs and driving ranges are within reach including Bandar Utama Golf Course, Sri Selangor Golf Club, Valencia Golf Club, and Kuala Lumpur Golf & Country Club.

An initial per sq ft price of RM750 for units at Hampton Damansara is considerably on par with a couple of high-rise properties in the close by communities of Mutiara Damansara, Damansara Perdana, Bandar Utama. Summary

Hampton Damansara is close by to various retail and commercial destinations in Bandar Utama, Mutiara Damansara, and Damansara Perdana. These places are just 5 minutes to 10 minutes’ drive away. The good thing is that you don’t have to pay the toll to go home, because the development is located before the toll to Kepong. The not-so-good thing is the usual traffic bottlenecks at toll plazas.

At this point in writing, the number of access roads that eventually lead into the Hampton Damansara is still not clear cut. However, the good news is that this high-rise development is located very close to the Bandar Utama MRT Line 1 station, which will be up and running by the time Hampton Damansara is completed.
