Location
AraTre’ Residences is a highly desirable development for its idyllic location in Ara Damansara. It is located in a quiet residential area just next to the new neighbourhood mall Evolve Mall which is within walking distance, as well as Citta Mall. Other shopping choices close by within a short drive is the Paradigm Mall about 10 minutes away, and also Sunway Pyramid, Empire Shopping Gallery and Subang Parade – all about 20 minutes drive away.
The shopping malls in this area are however only one of the many aspects of AraTre’s Residences’ ideal location. Aside from entertainment, AraTre Residences is also surrounded by highways. This will be especially easy for residents, as the Ara Damansara LRT Station is only about 500 metres from AraTre’ Residences. This line provides a direct connection to Putra Heights LRT Station as well as the interchange to the Kelana Jaya Line. From the latter line, commuters will be able to get to the KLCC LRT station in only 20 minutes, and to KL Sentral; the hub of public transportation; within 15 minutes.
Analysis
AraTre’ Residences is a beautiful project that offers value for money. Its launching price is reasonable, and is one of the most affordable when compared to its neighbours.
