Apart from the freehold status and low density, the other things we love about this project are the large balconies, generous number of storage rooms, its pet-friendly design (how many developments can boast this), suitability for electric cars, and its design for easier maintenance. We also like the huge oven for each unit and the private lift lobbies, as well as the project’s strategic location near KLCC and the many other established amenities.
Summary
While the facilities may be lacking, we believe that the Residensi Ampang Tengah 6 could become a home that will stand the test of time. This is because it’s being constructed by a company responsible for some of the landmark buildings in this country. We’re giving this a thumbs up as a family home given the unit’s generous space and the project’s good location. But we’re uncertain about the investment or rental prospects as very few can afford to purchase or rent a home that costs over RM3.6 million.
