The best thing about One Stonor is its highly desirable prime address within the heart of Kuala Lumpur. As such, its residents can easily access the best amenities that the capital has to offer like top schools, the hippest stores, world-class hospitals and popular tourist attractions. Another positive thing is the freehold status, which means you can pass on your unit to your children and onwards. The project also has the lowest density as compared to Pavilion Embassy and Picasso Residence.

Cons

The high price tag of One Stonor is probably what would turn people off from buying a home there. As a matter of fact, you need to earn a minimum of over RM22,000 to be able purchase a unit. Nonetheless, the price appears reasonable when you compare the subject property with two other residential projects in the vicinity, namely Pavilion Embassy and Picasso Residence.
