This 41-acre freehold housing precinct comprises a total of 250 semi-detached homes and bungalows, that feature a modern contemporary design, water features, and Zen-inspired landscape that surrounds the exclusive clubhouse. Cora is a low-density project with fewer than six houses per acre. The project’s scheduled completion is in 2022.
