The growing population in the Klang-Shah Alam corridor has resulted in a rising demand for lifestyle homes that encompass safety features and recreational facilities by young families or upgraders. Located in Setia Alam, Selangor, Eco Ardence is a joint-venture between EcoWorld and Cascara Sdn Bhd. The township development has an estimated gross development value (GDV) of RM8.5 billion and will be developed over the next 10 to 15 years.

The developer unveiled a new phase of landed homes in May 2019.  It is branded as Cora, and it targets young families and upgraders who seek resort-style homes. This 41-acre freehold housing precinct comprises a total of 250 semi-detached homes and bungalows, that feature a modern contemporary design, water features, and Zen-inspired landscape that surrounds the exclusive clubhouse.
