Eco World Development Group Bhd (EcoWorld) introduced a new phase of homes at Eco Grandeur. It is known as Regent Garden, and it consists of garden homes with “ready-customise” option. The first batch of 60 units was launched on 12th October, and within a week 80% were sold. The second batch of 24 units was open for sale since end October 2019.

Regent Garden is the fifth residential phase in the Eco Grandeur township in Puncak Alam, Selangor. The township welcomed its first residents for phase 1, Graham Garden and Avenham Garden, beginning October 2019. A total of 1,824 units was handed over.

The 1,400-acre Eco Grandeur is EcoWorld’s largest township so far. Since its launch in 2016, Eco Grandeur has become more vibrant, and now it includes a commercial hub known as Grandeur Labs, which has been open since June 2018. Phase 2 of Grandeur Labs will include a 15,000 sq ft grocer and more food and beverage outlets, which will be operational by 2020.

Eco Grandeur is also home to a Bridge of Dreams, which acts as a grand welcome home for residents. The iconic towers in the middle of the bridge stands tall at 5 storeys high, and it will certainly be difficult to miss. This will be a landmark for the northwest corridor as it looks like a lantern that lights up the night sky.

Units at Regent Garden is priced from RM683,000, and it is expected to be completed in Q4 of 2022.

As for communal elements, Eco Grandeur includes children’s playground, seating areas and artworks. There is also a bicycle lane stretching over from the neighbouring bike park called Trex, and it covers 3.7 acres along the green spine of Eco Grandeur. It opened in November 2018.

It is estimated that at least 4,000 residents will be moving into the Eco Grandeur township by end of 2019. As part of its after-sales services, the developer is offering renovation packages to buyers to smoothen the moving-in process. The township will also be welcoming 2 new primary schools by 2022, a national school, and a Chinese vernacular school.
