Analysis
There has been some debate as to whether Level 8 to 11 is reserved for Rumah Selangorku. The latest indicates that it has been removed from the project, and that the developer will develop units for Rumah Selangorku in a different plot and/or project.
The other buzz circles around the Kinrara-Damansara Expressway (KIDEX), or whatever it might be called. The highway was proposed to link both Damansara and Kinrara, and the fear is that it might be revived and be too close to the development.
Potential buyers who prefer to be located in heart of Petaling Jaya, and live in a low-density development, could give this project a closer look.
