Both Agalia and Harmonia are townhouse apartments, and there are only 20 of them available in this island development. Each of them hosts 4 units on every floor, with 3 floors and 12 units in total. Every unit is also a corner unit and possesses an unobstructed view of the surroundings. Meanwhile, there are also 3 tiers of security system with 3 metres of perimeter fencing included in this development.

At RM550 psf, Isles of Kamares is not a very price friendly townhouse development to begin with. It has a much smaller built-up area than the neighbouring villa and semi-D units, but costs almost as expensive as them at RM900,000- RM1,000,000. Considering that it charges a monthly maintenance fee of RM0.30 psf as well, it will cost you quite a fortune to stay here.
However, the development itself is top class and exclusively limited to just 17 units per acre. It also features its own clubhouse and is surrounded by beautiful lakes and islands. So, if you are looking for a private and sophisticated home and are willing to pay a premium for it, Isle of Kamares is certainly worth the money.
Summary
When it comes to a top quality residential developments, not many are deemed worthy of it in Cyberjaya. Not Setia Eco Glades though, as it is a brilliantly planned township with impressive designs and classy amenities. In fact, it is also a haven of peace and serenity with over 40 different species of plants and trees and beautiful private islands.
Perhaps its greatest selling point is its developer’s brand power. With SP Setia at the helm, you can expect only the best in development and infrastructure works for the residence. While it probably deserves praise for its excellent workmanship, affordability wise, not so much.
The Isles of Kamares, for example, costs between RM900,000 to RM1 million and will not be affordable to many. Those who can pay for it, however, will relish the chance to enjoy its premium class facilities and architectures. In the end, Setia Eco Glades is a premium priced residency with premium class quality.
