This is not to say that Kuchai Lama is lacking in the F&B department; in fact, Kuchai Lama rivals Sri Petaling in food. Popular dim sum shops such as the Jin Xuan Restaurant can be found only 5 minutes away from Le Yuan Residence, alongside several dessert shops and Chinese coffee shops.

The pros of living at Le Yuan Residence is definitely its location. While located in a rather busy neighbourhood, it is located just off the main road enough that residents will enjoy a quiet environment. And what better way is there to live in the city, than at a home that is surrounded by amenities and is within a stone’s throw away from many main highways?
Cons
The disadvantages of living here is however also a reason for it being a hotspot. Residents will experience terrible traffic congestion during peak hours when heading back home, despite the numerous ingress and egress points.
