Pantai Hillpark is located near the residential enclaves of Bangsar South and Bukit Pantai. This hilltop residence is considered as one of the great successes of property development in the Klang Valley.
What was formerly known as The Earth Residences located just behind The Earth commercial shop-offices lining the Bukit Jalil Highway, has now been given an image makeover by a new name. Rebranded PARAISO RESIDENCE @ The Earth Bukit Jalil, this 764-unit leasehold condominium with 7-tier security, internet-ready features and resort-like facilities, is poised to shake the earth upon its entry into the market.
For one, its pricing, given its valued location of being within walking distance to Pavilion Bukit Jalil City (made all the more enjoyable by a snazzy designer link bridge) is nothing short of groundbreaking. Estimated at just RM490 per sq ft, (the cheapest for the area to date) a three-bedroomed 960 sq ft unit coming with 5-star facilities at PARAISO can be had for as little as RM499,200.
PARAISO RESIDENCE is by Wealth Plateau Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of the WZR Group Sdn Bhd ─ the same people who built The Earth commercial shop-offices just across the road opposite Pavilion Bukit Jalil City, and the MyHome Affordable Housing apartment block Impiana Sky Residensi, next to PARAISO RESIDENCE.
WZR’s The Earth commercial shopoffices lines the portion of the Bukit Jalil Highway directly facing The Pavilion Bukit Jalil City. The residential portion is just behind The Earth shopoffices.
Phase 1 of WZR’s Development at Bukit Jalil: The Earth@Bukit Jalil commercial shop offices
The entire residential parcel that is currently being developed is located just behind the 48 very eye-catching blue and red The Earth@Bukit Jalil commercial shop-offices. It stretches some 11.83 acres along the Bukit Jalil Highway facing Pavilion Bukit Jalil City.
The Earth@Bukit Jalil commercial shop-offices represents Phase 1 of the development and is now a completed project with tenants beginning to fill the units. There are many kinds of businesses opening there and they include F&B outlets, budget hotels, tuition centres and so on. These shops have been designed to serve the needs of residents in Phase 2 (as well as others coming up in the adjacent Lembaga Tabung Angkatan Tentera (LTAT) parcel, also now in the midst of construction).
Phase 2 of WZR’s Development at Bukit Jalil: The Earth@Bukit Jalil residential high rises
Phase 2 of the project is the residential component of the Earth Masterplan. Situated on a 9.387-acre parcel behind Phase 1, construction began with “Affordable” Impiana Sky Residensi which is slated for completion in 2020. And now that Impiana Sky Residensi has completed its balloting process with all its units taken, it is PARAISO RESIDENCE’s turn. The luxury condominium is two 39-storey towers comprising 764 units built over 5.6 acres of land.
Project Notice Board shows 1,270 units for three blocks, out of which one block on the left, would be Impiana’s 508 units, and two on the right for PARAISO’s 764 units.
About the Developer
The developer of PARAISO RESIDENCE @ The Earth Bukit Jalil is Wealth Plateau Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of WZR Property Sdn Bhd. WZR itself, which was incorporated in 1999, is involved in a range of property services including property development and construction.
On the development end, the focus for the company is on establishing itself as a residential and commercial lifestyle developer and one of their maiden successes, represented by Phase 1 of their Bukit Jalil venture is ─ as mentioned above ─ The Earth@Bukit Jalil commercial shop-offices, launched in 2011 and completed in Q4 2015. Phase 2 is now underway starting with 40-storey Impiana Sky Residensi followed by PARAISO.

Project Details
PARAISO Residence is two H-shaped blocks, both at 39 storeys tall built over a 5.6-acre parcel of land. There are altogether 764 three or 3+1 bedroom and 2 bathroom units with sizes ranging from 960sq ft, 1101sq ft, to 1226sq ft. There are also 8 exclusive 1480 sq ft units that come with private garden patios. All the units come with large, spacious glass-inspired balconies.
PARAISO Residence was renamed such to represent the Pillar of Light and Lifestyle. Born “intelligent”, all units come with:
- Fiber To The Home (FTTH) Infra
- WiFi ready in house unit and public areas
- Voice over IP Telephone Ready.
Not only is the condominium spacious, the clever H-shaped towers offer pleasing views of Pavilion Bukit Jalil City on two of its sides while the remaining sides look towards Technology Park and the Kinrara Golf Club.
The placement and orientation of the units. (https://www.facebook.com/pg/paraisotheearthbukitjalil/)
As you can see, there are five lifts to serve 12 units on every floor and these are located in the centre of the block. The above Site Plan is quite self-explanatory. The H-shape is a clever design as it obviates the use of corridors with facing units. Furthermore, using the positioning of the blocks, every unit’s out-facing balconies maximizes privacy (no looking into each other’s homes) and views of the surrounding vista.
Floor Plan
Here are the floor plans of three layouts, including the exclusive 1480 sq ft units. Their prices are as follows:
- 960 sq ft: From RM499,800
- 1,101 sq ft: From RM578,000
- 1,226 sq ft: From RM606,870
- 1,480 sq ft: From RM799,800
Type A is the smallest unit with the layout dividing the space into two sections, keeping the private areas to one side and the more public areas on the other. The kitchen has an adequate yard. Type A and A1 are conversely the smallest units. The larger units are placed at the centre of the H-shaped towers of both blocks.
Type B being larger comes with 3+1 rooms with the fourth room being the study room. Living spaces are also divided into two sections, keeping the private areas to one side and the more public areas on the other. The kitchen has an adequate yard. Type B units are at the sides of the H-shaped towers of both blocks.
Type C being one of the largest unit comes with 3+1 rooms too with the fourth room being the study room. Living spaces follow the typical configuration and also comes with spacious kitchen and yard. Type C units are located on the four sides of the H-shaped towers of both blocks.
Showroom Views
Here are some glimpses of what a typical unit would look like inside.
The above and below pictures are Artist’s renderings of the inside of a typical unit. Note the high windows, the use of timber flooring and balconies that let in a lot of sunshine and fresh air.
Here are pictures of the actual showroom. Note the similarities between what is shown in the artist impressions and the real unit. To see them for yourself, PARAISO just opened their showroom.

What Is the 7-Tier Security System?
1 ) CCTV Surveillance @ Parameter Fencing
2 ) CCTV Surveillance @ PODIUM Parking at Public Area
3 ) Visitor Management System
4 ) Boom Gate
5 ) Card Access System

Location
There is little wonder why Bukit Jalil is in such a flurry of development these days. Much of the evolution of this once-sleepy southern suburb of Kuala Lumpur is hinged around the coming of The Next Iconic Landmark of Malaysia: Pavilion Bukit Jalil City ─ 50 acres of glittering concept retail therapy and shop offices and six super highend towers of residential units promising to reboot, reshape and reconfigure the very being of Bukit Jalil.
PARAISO RESIDENCE is the enviable position of having a vantage view of it all, being situated on higher ground overlooking the cityscape from 400m away, and linked as well, by a fancy walk bridge to the centre of the action.
PARAISO RESIDENCE is located on 5.6 acres of land just behind the 48 very eye-catching blue and red The Earth@Bukit Jalil commercial shop-offices stretching 500 metres along the Bukit Jalil Highway facing Pavilion Bukit Jalil City.
Actual picture of The Earth shop-offices facing Bukit Jalil City from across the Bukit Jalil Highway. PARAISO will be located behind The Earth shop offices.
Specifically, the luxury condominium will be on Persiaran Puncak Jalil and Jalan Impian Indah just behind the Scientific and Industrial Research Institute of Malaysia (SIRIM), Bukit Jalil. Bukit Jalil City is just across the road.
As can be seen from the map, from Persiaran Puncak Jalil to the junction where the road meets the Bukit Jalil Highway, a quick right turn will lead to the Bukit Jalil Stadium, Sri Petaling, the MRR2 and KL while a left turn will head to Kinrara, Puchong, the LDP, Subang and the Kesas Highway.
LRT and Road Access
Being where it is, residents of PARAISO will be able to access a total of 6 LRT stations set almost in a cluster in Bukit Jalil/Kinrara. The closest two stations located on the Bukit Jalil Highway are: the Alam Sutera LRT Station 2.1km away, and the Giant Kinrara 5 LRT Station 3.6km away.
The others are the Bukit Jalil LRT Station located 5km away on Jalan Merah Cagar, Muhibbah LRT Station, located 5.7km away and the Awan Besar LRT Station located about 5km away on Jalan 4/155 off Jalan Jalil Perkasa 1 heading into Jalan Awan Besar, OUG.
The LRT extension project, which was adding a number of new stations to the route in 2015, is now complete. Both the Ampang and the Kelana Jaya extension lines connecting to Putra Heights are running full swing, and providing round trip service to commuters.
Immediate road and highway access for Impiana include:
- The Bukit Jalil Highway
- The North South Highway
- The Middle Ring Road 2 (MRR2) to Cheras, Ampang etc
- The KESAS Highway
- The MEX Highway
- The Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP)

Access to Amenities
Of course, the nearest amenities within walking distance for PARAISO residents would be at The Earth commercial centre, and it goes without saying that when residents get their keys in 2020, Pavilion Bukit Jalil City should already be opened, along with The Link 2 mixed development located 1.3km away on Jalan Jalil Perkasa 1.
Currently, the Link 1 commercial centre, situated on the same road with eateries galore, budget hotels, a Hero mart, and many other businesses and services are already in operation.
For those who prefer to get away from the hustle and bustle, the 80-acre Bukit Jalil Recreational Park on Jalan Jalil Perkasa 1 is open everyday for joggers and fitness buffs. Entrance is free.
Over at the Kinrara end of the Bukit Jalil Highway are Giant Hypermart, Kinrara Niaga commercial centre and many national schools. Other public amenities include the Police Station and the Fire and Rescue Department which are 850m away from PARAISO.
On the left of the picture above is a closeup of PARAISO’s glass-inspired patios and balconies, while on the right is the PARAISO (H-shaped blocks) against L-shaped Impiana Sky Residensi – the MyHome component of the WZR residential development.
And of course, Bukit Jalil is known to be a hub for higher education as well as it has several world class universities and colleges (TPM, APU, IMU) situated on Technology Park, 2.4km away.
All in all, you could say that PARAISO Residence is very well-placed and very well-embraced by pockets of matured, yet fast-evolving neighbourhoods keen on adapting to the lifestyle demands of today.
The fact that Bukit Jalil is such a well-connected hot spot these days with current and pending opportunities for business, employment and for growing families, makes PARAISO an ideal investment both for “own stay” and for rental returns.

The Figures
The comparative figures below are between two other year 2020-due developments situated in Bukit Jalil: Skyluxe on the Park by SkyWorld and The Havre, Bukit Jalil. Of the three projects compared here, PARAISO Residence and The Havre are leasehold.
Name | Tenure | Unit Size | No of Units | Average Price PSF | Approx Start Price per Unit |

Summary
From a glance at the table above, you can see right away that PARAISO Residence comes right through with its winning price. That alone will account for most of the decisions to buy as now is a time when the state of the current economy is calling for going for the best deal.
And what can be had for a “good deal” comes with great, if not greater benefits than quite a few of the similar-class condominiums in the vicinity. After all, which one has a front seat view of Pavilion Bukit Jalil City and the evolving panorama of Bukit Jalil’s evolution as far as the eye can see?
And there is a link bridge that provides a walk into all that glitters too.
Furthermore, there are the in-house facilities which run up to over 20 and a world of amenities from education to recreation, not to mention unbeatable connectivity provided by the Bukit Jalil Highway which is almost right there at PARAISO’s doorstep.
Good things in life don’t come very often and PARAISO just might be one of those things.
