Selayang 18 Residences is a high-rise condominium undertaken by Selayang 18 Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of F3 Capital Group. The condominium is located strategically in Bandar Baru Selayang, just beside Bandar Selayang Fire and Rescue Station.
The location is very peaceful yet not too isolated. Upon exiting the residence, you will be greeted by a roundabout planted with lush greeneries and a Bandar Baru Selayang emblem.
