Tuai Residence is a new investment opportunity to own homes that are built for the growing retiree and ageing Malaysian market. In Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, there’s a market of more than 675,000 ageing Malaysians above the age of 60. Thus, Tuai Residence is designed to meet the lifestyle and health requirements of this market.
