Una Serviced Apartment is a development from Selangor Dredging Berhad (sometimes shortened to SDB), a prestigious and award-winning local developer established in 1962, with a slew of projects in Malaysia and Singapore.

Its completed domestic developments include Ameera, Five Stones, and The Hub – Signature Suite; all three located in the bustling township of Petaling Jaya. In Puchong, they are the developer for Aman Sari, likewise for 20trees and 20trees West both in Taman Melawati. The company also carried out projects like By The Sea in Penang, Dedaun along Jalan Ampang, Laman & Bayu in Puchong, Windows On The Park at Cheras and Park Seven in Persiaran KLCC.

Now, the most attractive thing about Una is its excellent prime address opposite Sunway Velocity Mall, and accessibility to prime hubs in KL. There are also many upcoming developments in the area, and there are bold predictions that the vicinity of Peel Road could become similar to Japan’s Shibuya in the future. Another good thing is that Selangor Dredging Bhd is a reputable and award-winning developer, so look forward to good quality homes and remarkable workmanship.

Cons

Una’s great location and fantastical facade comes with a price. As can be seen from the table provided, this project is pricier than The Locus @ KLCV and V Residence 2 (which is freehold), and also just a stone’s throw away from Sunway Velocity Mall. Another downside is Una’s high maintenance fee of RM0.40 per sq ft, which translates to between RM323 to RM542 per month, depending on the unit size.
