Kwasa Damansara township is close to Sunway d’hill Residences, but its effect on the project will depend on what’s coming up in Kwasa Damansara, which is a long way from completion. The township will take a long time to develop. However, that is normal considering that Taman Tun Dr Ismail (TTDI) and its Bandar Utama took about 20 years to develop. Once it is developed, Sunway d’hill Residences is likely to benefit from it. Other positive points are its proximity to NKVE and DASH, and 5 minutes’ drive to MRT stations.


For some, the pain points are the traffic which could take a while from the development to the Tropicana area, low-cost flats in the area which some worry could affect the value appreciation, and weekend crowds to the forest reserve.
