Tropicana Grande has all the features and facilities that make it ideal for living. There is a grand entrance that welcomes all residents, tenants, and visitors. With a launch price of about RM588 per sq ft, it was a third off luxury developments in KL city centre.


Thus, it appealed to those seeking an affluent area, without the prices of units in KL city centre, and traffic that is relatively lighter than in the city centre.

Listings in PropertyGuru in February 2021 show that the asking monthly rental for the Typical 2,283 sq ft units are from RM5,800 to RM7,000, while purchase prices are asking from RM1.9 million to RM2.3 million.

For units purchased at RM2 million, and rented out at RM6,500 per month, the gross rental yield would be approximately 3.9% per annum.
