VIVO Suites @ 9 Seputeh, Old Klang Road Shopping Area

Prior to the project’s launch, many netizens revealed that the project was just opposite a sewage treatment plant, where human excrement was aerated and exposed to sunlight in large pools. The presence of this facility and foul smell emanating from it made people avoid buying a property in the vicinity.

But after the facility was upgraded into the RM983 million Pantai 2 Sewage Treatment Plant (P2STP), a project completed in July 2017, the vicinity no longer smelled as the sewage processing was shifted underground, while the upper ground level was turned into parks. As a result, many people are now rushing to buy a home there, as large residential projects within 5km of KL are rare.

As such, we are upbeat that the SoHo units in VIVO Suites @ 9 Seputeh will make excellent family homes and investment properties given its prime address near the capital, Bangsar, KL Sentral and Mid Valley. It’s also close to the Seputeh and Angkasapuri KTM stations, and there will be a covered link bridge to a proposed monorail station. However, it’s only suitable for single professionals or small families, as the maximum number of bedrooms is just 2.
